BEIJING, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- The eighth China International Senior Service Expo will be held in Beijing from Aug. 22 to 24.
The expo will introduce China's pilot projects related to vocational education in the field of senior service, aiming to enhance the talent team building for the industry.
More than 220 social organizations, institutions and enterprises from over 20 countries and regions will participate in the expo, which will have nine exhibition areas.
A forum on the development of the senior service industry and six sub-forums will also be held.
Representatives of governments and social organizations from China and other countries including France, Japan, Russia and the United States, as well as guests from the International Federation on Ageing, will attend the opening ceremony of the expo and the main forum.
The expo will be held at the China National Conference Center.
